Cornelia Lane
Logo Development and Brand Identity
Catherine Spencer officially launched Cornelia Lane in 2024, but has been stitching, crafting and embroidering for over 10 years. To Catherine—fondly referred to as Kiki by family and friends—embroidering heirloom quality goods is more than just a hobby, it’s a love language.
In a world of fast fashion and 2-day shipping, Kiki is resurrecting the art form of gift-giving, snail mail, and creating meaningful goods by hand.
‘Cornelia Lane’ is the street in Chicago where Kiki first fell in love with her space and felt truly at home, which is exactly what we wanted to emulate while developing this brand identity.
During our discovery phase, the words and feelings that kept coming up were: cozy, intentional, curated, lived-in. A perfect balance between traditional and eclectic. Your favorite cashmere sweater. Grandma’s bolognese on the stove. Cornelia Lane is a modern take on handmade goods, and celebrates the beauty of every day.
So get out the fancy table cloth for Tuesday dinner. Wear your monogrammed button down to the grocery store. Gift your girlfriends new cocktail napkins for making their rent payment.
Heirloom-quality goods are so back, and Cornelia Lane is leading the charge.
